Saint-Genès

This is named after the pizzeria in Bordeaux where this pizza was discovered. With a base of crème fraîche, it is topped with mozzarella, sautéed onions and leeks, goat cheese and finished with local honey. While this pizza does have a sweetness to it, the acidity of the goat cheese balances it out beautifully, and it is one of our most popular pizzas.
