His passion for pizza and fermented dough began long ago, and has since risen to the beautiful craftsmanship you experience with each bite of our pizzas. Our recipes are his art, a symphony of locally sourced produce and the finest Italian traditions, harmonised with the best of the South West.

With over a decade of experience in sales, Bec brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her most recent role involved contributing to the success of a family-run wedding venue in Somerset. Beyond her professional endeavours, Bec is an avid traveller with a passport stamped in over 40 countries. Always fuelled by wanderlust, she already has the next destination in mind, often centered around places renowned for their delectable pizzas – a recent culinary obsession. Bec is not just passionate about connecting with clients but also about exploring the diverse cultures that make our world so fascinating.
