To make this pizza as delicious as possible, we sautée our mushrooms, in order to remove the water content and concentrate the flavour. We do the same for our onions and leeks that form the flavour base. This means that when they are paired with our tomato sauce, mozzarella and black olives, the flavour sensation is enormous.

We can also serve this pizza with chorizo.
